I was thinking up upgrading the air flow to my NA, and I am wondering: For a car that will never see more than Stage 3 (if that), is it really necessary to go for the aftermarket intake vs. putting K&Ns in the stock air box? I know the intake is probably a little bit better, and only a few $ more--that's not the issue. The problem is if you autocross the intake will push you out of FS into a street prepared class. I just can't see my poor little NA, which is basically stock, having to compete with the "real" street prepared cars.
